kind of a pos and kind of a neg.
So as im starting to get better connection with the rest of my system, i noticed this one alter who was particularly shy. she talks very rarely and rarely comes to front. however, yesterday while i was in therapy it changed. she came out and talked to the therapist about her opinions and stuff–i was waiting in co con because i didn’t wanna ruin that moment. she did talk about how she was hurting and how its hard for her though and i was kinda sad but happy?
