Try getting some ones that are a bit bigger. Wear 2 at the same time. I haven’t done it myself, but i’ve heard that it works pretty well.

I have done that, it does work well. Depending on the type of sports bra, just wear one normally and wear the other one backwards

especially with a baggy/oversized shirt or hoodie it works really well

I heard wearing kinda loose kinda tight shirts look good with something over it. Also boots for height

Additional piece of info: you will sweat more when binding so layer up deoderant

My mommy is a bit controlling and I’m too unable to make a decision to make an outfit

That’s stupid
You’re old enough to make your own decisions

TYSMMMMM :sob: :sob: :sob:

do rules for binding apply if you use not-really-binders? (eg layered tight sport bras)

TSM THIS IS WAS IS WAS LOOKING FOR :)))))))

1 me gusta

Maybe not as severe of rules, but i would still be cautious

Hey I feel a bit out of place asking this but is it normal for cisgender girls wanting to wear a binder? Idk I still want to present as fem but I find it really disconcerting
(Btw I rlly don’t want to sound rude so if I’ve said anything in the least bit offensive please point it out)

Do whatever you want man! I’m thinking of asking for one too but still want to be a woman (but then my dad will get more suspicious of me being trans)
